Performed in collaboration with The National Trust for Jersey, Violinist Jonathan Hill, and Pianist Nicholas Miller will premiere three pieces for Violin & Piano by Louis Mander at Georgian House, 16 New Street, Jersey on the 10th and 11th March 7.30 pm.

These three finely turned miniatures commissioned by Jonathan Hill showcase the breadth of skill and expression of his violin playing and bring into focus an evocative, lyrical, and transfixing sound idiom that will delight new listeners in discovering Mander’s music. These three individual works; La Lapinette, Ma Mere and The Lighthouse (taken from a Suite for Violin inspired by the Jersey landscape) will be heard, ably accompanied by Pianist Nicholas Miller in recital in the exquisite salon of Georgian House, Jersey.
